The project intent is to shift from time-consuming, manual data collection to conversational interactions that drive outcomes and support the relationship of Distributor to customer. As a result the AI Wellness can Provide:

Distributor Experience

In this section we will walk through the distributor side of the AI wellness experience.

Dashboard

On the dashboard, users can invite customers to participate in the AI chatbot assessment or, if the distributor is with the customer, initiate the Wellness AI’s automatic data collection feature. This feature captures a transcript of the conversation and provides key insights along with detailed analytics. Additionally, the dashboard displays recent customer activity, giving users a comprehensive overview of interactions and engagement.

Powerful Customization

Users will have the ability to configure the Wellness AI settings, selecting chat topics, determining whether the AI will automatically provide product recommendations, and customizing various other options to suit their needs.

Once the AI is configured to the Distributor's preferences, they can invite customers to take the assessment. In this scenario, the customer receives the invitation and, with a few minutes to spare, starts the chat.

In-person experience

With minimal friction, the distributor has seamlessly transitioned from having no digital wellness assessment to inviting a customer to an AI-powered chat. Besides that, the distributor can now take the in-person assessment to another level with insights generated by the AI in real time.

Customer profile

The distributor will receive a detailed customer profile after they finish the AI assessment.
