This feature captures a transcript of the conversation and provides key insights along with detailed analytics. Additionally, the dashboard displays recent customer activity, giving users a comprehensive overview of interactions and engagement.

Powerful Customization
Users will have the ability to configure the Wellness AI settings, selecting chat topics, determining whether the AI will automatically provide product recommendations, and customizing various other options to suit their needs.

Once the AI is configured to the Distributor's preferences, they can invite customers to take the assessment. In this scenario, the customer receives the invitation and, with a few minutes to spare, starts the chat.
