In this project, our team was responsible for continuing enhancements to the MySubaru app and updating the head unit design to align with these changes. Additionally, we conducted envisioning work to create visual concepts for the future state of the MySubaru mobile app.

In the previous experience, users would land on the update page and be instructed to update their car's system directly on the head unit, without any guidance on how to do so. To address this, our team introduced a "how-to" feature that provides an easy, step-by-step guide tailored to each specific car model, helping users seamlessly navigate the update process.

For the future state, we designed a flow within the MySubaru app that allows users to easily schedule service appointments without relying on the car's screen, enabling them to check and manage appointments from anywhere.
